Work with me
You want growth, greater profits, and less weight on your shoulders. You have the confidence to take advice from someone with the experience to give it, and you act on what you decide. If that describes you, read on.
What you can expect
When I seek advice I want the person across the table to have done the thing I need help with. I assume you are the same. I have spent nearly four decades in business internationally, across private equity, venture capital, hospitality, and a string of industries in between, either creating, growing, and exiting businesses or helping others do the same. Whatever is keeping you awake at night, the odds are good I have seen it before, in its good form and its bad.
Working with me you can expect no BS, relevant experience, a personal connection, and a sense of humour. Underneath sits a structured system, Total QX™, that turns judgement into measurable action rather than advice that evaporates by Friday.
Everyone has blind spots, and every operator has kept doing something because it used to work. A second set of eyes with no stake in your habits is often the difference between another year of the same and the breakthrough. Whether you run a growing SME or a division of a multinational, there is always something worth transforming. The craft is knowing which thing first.
Fit counts for more than fee
I work best with owners and leaders who are candid, act on what they decide, hold their standards when it costs them, and can laugh at themselves. I have no patience for excuses, posturing, or anything fake, and I would rather decline an engagement than spend it arguing with someone’s character.
Two more things we’ll need to agree on. First, you cannot make money; that is counterfeiting. You can only take money, and how much you take reflects how much value you give, so the goal is to take as much as you can. Second, your business is more than a money-taking machine. It is also a source of good in the world, and the giving is built in, not bolted on.
The work people bring me
A few scenarios typical of where owners and leaders stand when we start.
Systemise to Scale
You have a strong business and you know it could be bigger without becoming worse. The work is building the systems that carry what people already value about you, so quality survives growth instead of being spent by it.
Growth & Expansion
More clients, spending more, more often, and telling others. Every operator wants all four at once. The work is choosing which to pull first and in what order, the sequence that compounds rather than the scatter that exhausts.
Strategic Acquisition
Organic growth takes time you may not want to spend. Acquiring a complementary business can buy years, provided the deal is structured so both sides win and you are not betting the company to do it.
Execute to an Exit
An exit is not a single event. It is a sequence of withdrawals: from the work, from the running of the business, from day-to-day oversight, and finally from ownership. The work is choosing the exit that sets you up for whatever comes next, and making sure a buyer is paying for an asset, not a job.
Commercial Negotiations
Some negotiations are delicate, complex, or simply too close to you. When the deal carries real weight, experience beside you at the table costs less than the concession you would otherwise make.
Access Equity Capital
Capital conversations happen at Manolutions, my advisory practice. The engagement is about making your business genuinely investable and running the process properly. Where there is real fit, introductions into my investment network follow. They cannot be applied for.
I work with owners, principals, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and educators who intend to leave behind something worth inheriting.

Let’s be candid
You are in business to take money. Not make it; making money is counterfeiting. You take it, and how much you take reflects how much value you give, so the goal is to take as much as you can. If that sits comfortably with you, and yours is a business built to grow faster than its industry, we should talk.
Enquiries are direct. No funnels, no booking links, no discovery sequence. Write to me and tell me what you are working on.
