Privacy Rights Addendum - Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut

This addendum supplements the main U.S. Privacy Statement for Paul Lange and applies to residents of Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut.

Your Privacy Rights in Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut

Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), residents of these states have the following rights:

1. Right to Access: You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal data and to access such data.

2. Right to Correction: You have the right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data.

3. Right to Deletion: You have the right to delete personal data provided by or obtained about you.

4. Right to Data Portability: You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable and readily usable format.

5. Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of:

• The processing of personal data for targeted advertising
• The sale of personal data
• Profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects

6. Right to Appeal: You have the right to appeal our decision regarding your request within a reasonable period of time.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at legal@paullange.com.au. We will respond to your request within 45 days (for Virginia and Connecticut) or 60 days (for Colorado). We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, considering the complexity and number of your requests.

Verification Process

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to verify your identity using the information you provide.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Sale of Personal Information

Paul Lange does not sell personal information as defined under the VCDPA, CPA, or CTDPA. However, we may share certain information with third-party partners for business purposes as described in our main Privacy Policy.

Sensitive Data Processing

We only process sensitive data with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable laws.
